trying to overclock the card but gettin error "direct draw init failed"

Hi

guys Im trying to OC my MSI GeForce4 Ti4200 using the MSI OC tool but when I click auto adjust it says "msi memory testing - direct draw init failed the sample will now exit"
what could this be ??
