I was almost 200 6 months ago, since then i've been doing more physical activity and I want down to 180. A summer of drinking and parties got me back up to 185.
I'm 16, and I was curious as to what activities you giys do to keep in shape. About a week ago I started doing daily walks of ~2.5 kilometeres. The only other thing is that I might be getting a dance dance revoultion game soon. I'm not a huge gamer, but I love this game and I think it will be a pretty good workout

what is up with all these teenagers trying to be REAL small at young ages. The goal is to look one of two ways. Fit (skinny and toned muscle mass) or muscular (larger, but more defined and ripped muscles). Pick which one you want and shoot for it. Dont shoot for "I am 6'0 and want to weigh 120lbs". If you want to work out and have a goal, shoot for health and being fit. Eat a normal intake and keep it healthy while you work out. If you want more body weight/muscle mass, eat more protein and lift more than you cardio.
all these young kids trying to be some skinny punk rock kid is pissing me off
