So recently I've decided that I want to loose a few pounds. I'm not that overweight, I just want to be able to get rid of a bit of weight.
I was almost 200 6 months ago, since then i've been doing more physical activity and I want down to 180. A summer of drinking and parties got me back up to 185.
I'm 16, and I was curious as to what activities you giys do to keep in shape. About a week ago I started doing daily walks of ~2.5 kilometeres. The only other thing is that I might be getting a dance dance revoultion game soon. I'm not a huge gamer, but I love this game and I think it will be a pretty good workout
any suggestions or comments?
