trying to load crysis physis map and can't figure it out

I downloaded the physisIII map. I says it is a .rar file. I pasted it in the levels folder and then when I start crysis I open the console, type con_restricted 0 and map physisIII and nothing happens. What did I do wrong?
 
Just type 'map physis', try not to include the 'III' at the end. Usually (if not always actually) when you load a map that way you need to type the name of the actual folder the files are contained in. If the map "name" is PhysisIII, but the folder is named physis, then you need to type physis, not PhysisIII.
 
Thats the thing. The file I downloaded is just a file and has no folder. Do I need to extract it into one of the folders that is already there in the "levels" folder? Or make a folder in the level folder for it? I tried typing map physis, map physisIII etc.... nothing happens
 
You need to create a folder for it, name it physis and then try again, let me know what happens.
 
You need to use winrar to decompress the archive, a .rar file is kinda like a .zip file. Then put the folder 'physis' into your 'levels' folder, then use crysis launcher.
