Trying to install Netscape, get error, not enough space in temp folder?

Any tips to correct this? I've got 4.1g available on c drive. I've deleted all files in the temp folder, emptied cache of IE and Netscape. Ran scandisk, defrag. Earlier, freespace was being reported incorrectly when scandisk was run and repaired. Info?

Oops, forgot to mention: Win98SE, 15g Maxtor 7200, k6-2 550
