My memory isn't much. Its OCZ 5300 4-4-4-8. I figured it would at least hit 800mhz but for some reason even with timings loose my system locks up in bios or doesn't post at all. I had to reset CMOS to get it to boot back up normal.

I have a DS3 and a e6300. Can I adjust a Divider so my memory can stay around default and let my E6300 run at 2.8/3.0Ghz? What Divider should I use?

you can't change the multiplier...you can run a high divider though i would think. You could try like 5-5-5-15. how much juice are you giving that ram? i'm doing a super budget C2D build for my little brother over christmas, just using Corsair VS DDR2667, and i'm planning on loosening the timings way up and juicing the heck out of it and see how high i can get it to clock...

Not on that board, but it's possible on the new NVidia chipsets.
