Trying to fix my old amd computer.

I have an old socket a amd im trying to fix, after some time i decieded the MB went bad, I got a new one off ebay, a gigabyte ga7n400 swapped it out, and it turns on (more than my old mb/cpu did) but no beeps, nothing, its running, but nothing is happening, ive tried diff memory configs, cleared cmos, im out of idea's
