Trying to find out what car I saw on the road yesterday...

While this isn't the exact emblem, it gives you an idea of how the eagle looked on the back of the car. logo

I was driving on 66 East towards DC when I came upon a silver hot rod. It looked similiar to this Ford Coupe, but it was much lower and looked brand new. Anyone have any idea what kind of car it was?
 
It may have been a custom job somebody did, in which case you may not find anything that looks exactly like it on the internet.
