trying to find cheap pcie card

hmm suggestions are welcome,
i would prefer nvidia chipsets since i run linux and have herd bad things happen with ati cards.
and since i never believed in sharing limited resources i am only considering cards which have a significant amount of onboard memory (none of that 'turbo' memory sharing)

new leadtek 6600 vanilla $110? $140? i dunno
leadtek 6600gt $180 (newegg)
leadtek 6200 $no idea (newegg)

darn... use linux...you cant use Sm3.0 can you? hmm....yeah, get something from the Geforce 6xxx line, but dont get the 6200/6600 in 256mb...they are slower.
