The short answer is, maybe.
LifeView's card _designs_ generally do support FM radio. However, they make many permutations of their _products_, e.g. with and without remote (and the microcontroller chip on the card), with or without FM radio function and antenna.
On the FlyDVB range, only the "Hybrid", "Duo" and "Trio" card models can support FM radio, since the DVB-only products obviously lack the analog tuner.
You really need to check (or ask for) the exact specification of what's on offer at YOUR retailer.
