Trying to figure out these beeps

Okay, when I barely tweak my Leadtek Ti4400 like (280/625)ish and run 3dMark2001 I get beeps during high load tests like the second Dragothic test. It's sometimes one beep, sometimes two with varying pitch. Well, it's coming from my motherboard and I ruled out it overheating considering there's no sensor on my video card and the only thing I could think of is voltage. Why the heck would it beep at me though. I have my AGP running at stock voltage and my PCI/AGP freq locked at 33/66. I dunno, people have been getting this card to hit 310/680 and higher and I can't even make it past 20mhz overclock without something not right. Argh.

Did you rule out CPU overheating? That's what would cause alarms, not the vid card (no sensor like you said).

I'm fairly sure CPU isn't overheating. It doesn't overheat on Prime95 (55c) and I don't think you can stress the CPU that much more on 3d Mark (someone correct me if I'm wrong). So yes, ruling out vid card heat, and CPU. Anyone know if mobo beeps at you for undervolting/overvolting?
