Trying to figure out how to overclock, questions about BIOS options

http://i528.photobucket.com/albums/dd325/rking_1_1/biosoptions.jpg

I apologize for the horrible merge, I just wanted to get everything on one screen. I'm assuming this is where I'd need to be in my BIOS if I want to overclock my CPU (Athlon x2 5000+ Dual Core @ 2.2ghz) on my MSI K9N6PGM2-V2 board. Since I have a stock cooler I don't think I could go very far but it'd be nice to get some improvement. I've tried for quite some time to get information on how to overclock this board with google, all I get are results where someone says they did it.

On a stock cooler, how much could I overclock this and still be stable? What in the BIOS needs to be changed? I'm guessing I'd change the CPU Ratio from 11 (200 FSB x11 = 2.2ghz) to a larger number which would result in a higher speed, I don't know what to do with the rest of the settings though. If someone could point me in the right direction toward a good guide, or perhaps offer a hint or three it'd be most appreciated. Thanks for any help.
