Trying to figure out how to connect all of my devices

I didn't want to fully explain, so I drew a really nice picture.

basically, in my truck there is a raspberry pi that I want to connect to a router with Ethernet. I also want the router to grab 4g wifi from my cell phone and feed it to the Ethernet ports, PLUS spit it back out on wifi for my other android phone to connect to.

I need the other android phone to connect to a router so It can be on the same network as the raspberry pi. the phone is used as a wifi remote.

I think I might need 2 routers in my truck if I want to do it this way though. I would also like to connect to my house when needed, but that can be done over 5ghz.

this make any sense?
