Trying to disable internet access to 1 pc

I need to disable internet to one pc on my network during certain hours, and I don't have a lot of network experience. My first idea was to look at QoS settings, which this router does not have. I've looked through all the options and don't see anything I think will work. I've disabled wireless completely so kinda half way there...

I can't shut it off at the computer, because the computer is used by a little brother who needs to learn to sleep at night and get a job basically. He is Going to bed at 6 am and missing classes as well so any help would be appreciated as its going toward a good cause.

Install a parental control program (there are many although I haven't used them so I can't recommend a specific one) on his computer and use the program to schedule when Internet access is available on the computer. Either that or get a router that supports a 3rd party firmware like DD-WRT or Tomato which will allow you to restrict access on the router.

I've got a D-Link dir-655 in the mail, I don't believe it allows for those firmwares but I imagine I can do what I want with it. The problem is that this 2wire is the cheap router you get for free for signing up with Bell internet.
