Trying to decide on new 24 pin PSU

Well, I finally put together my system and ordered it.

I'll be using the following as the base of my system:

DFI Lanparty UT NF4 Ultra-D
Athlon 64 3000+ (Winchester)
1gb Corsair Value Ram
Geforce 6600
Seagate Barracuda 160GB 7200.7

I was planning on using my Antec True Power 430 for my PSU, as I've heard that 20 pin supplies will still work on the new 24 pin motherboards, but it seems that DFI is highly recommending getting a true ATX 2.0 PSU for this board, so I'm trying to decide on which one to get.

I'd like to spend under $100 as I've already spent more than I planned to on this system. I've been looking at the Fortron Blue Storm 500w for 89 on newegg, and the OCZ ModStream 450w for 90 on newegg. I like the neatness of the modstream and I've heard that OCZs power ratings are considered modest, so I was wondering how the two compared for the same price.

Any other suggestions?

Thank you for your time.

Thank you for the feedback. Why do you consider the Modstream better than the Fortron? Is OCZ considered an overall better PSU maker? I noticed that the Modstream has a bit less amperage overall compared to a similarly rated Powerstream. I know that both the fortron and Modstream are good, but I haven't found any direct comparisons.

well i like fact that the modstream is quiet, modular (mostly), it has blue led effects, and it is made by one of my most trusted companies.
