Trying to decide on dual TV tuner... need help!

I'm building my own machine and I'm looking to get at least a dual tv tuner. I'm looking at two currently. The Hauppauge 500 MCE seems a good internal solution, but I'm also looking at the Adaptec PVR 3610 as a possible USB solution. I would prefer to have internal, but ultimately I'm looking for a card with good video quality for an analog cable connection. When looking at the 3610, though, it has two coax inputs for TV and I'm wondering if I need a cable splitter to utilize both tuners on the card. Anywho, I'm looking for any advice you can offer. Seriously though, it is 2 150MCEs put together and the video quality is very good. You won't be disappointed if you get one.
