Trying to decide on a Z370 motherboard up to £150

I am going to buy an Intel Core i7-8700K.

I currently have an Intel Core i7-6700K @ 4.5 GHz (using a standard 240mm liquid cooler), which is only a modest overclock, and I intend to do an equally modest overclock on the i7-8700K. Just something light.

It turns out there are a lot of Z370 motherboards up to £150!

I've made the following table:

Any suggestions? Or perhaps extra column or two I can add, to differentiate between them all?

I've noticed you need to pay a little extra before you start getting USB 3.1 ports (which came out in 2013).

I've had an ASRock Extreme 4 for a month now, paired with an 8700 non-K with 32 GB (2 x 16) Crucial DDR4-2666 and 3 x SATA SSDs + DVD, running Windows 10 Pro. I'm happy with it so far, and setup was painless.

If it helps, I am in the same boat, have a similar list, and excluded all the mobos that do not have the Realtek 1220 audio chip. I've read in more than one place (by some very extreme audio people) that finally with this chip, you can get very close to a dedicated sound card. Personally I narrowed my choices down to:
Gigabyte HD3P.
Gigabyte Z370xp sli
ASRock Z370 Extreme 4

Pay a bit more and get a Asrock TaiChi.

The Taichi is better then the extreme 4

Supported memory is always one of the main things I look at, I need a lot of memory for the uses I put a system to so I don't have to wait forever for renderings and creating things.
