Trying to decide on a high-capacity mp3 player

I currently have a 30 GB Zune, and love it. But I have about ~55 GB of music (and growing) that I want to carry with me. I know people will say you don't need to carry all of your music with you, and that is true. But I want to because me and my wife have different music tastes at times.

I've been looking at the iPod classic 80/160 GB models and don't know if I want to go the iPod route without making sure something better isn't out there.

I know a 80 GB zune is rumored to be released the first half of next month as well, which may be somewhat interesting.

Are there any other players out there similar in capacity that are worth a damn?

For the record, I don't care about video all that much. I *might* use video features but 99% of the time it will be music.

A little bigger than a ipod/zune, but archos has their 605wifi with 80 or 160gb hd. 4.3 in screen, wifi, can watch movies, listen to music, surf the web, or hook it up to your tv and use it like a pvr and take the shows with you.
