Trying to convert some Family guy but has problems...

I have some Family guy shows in mpeg. I tell nero to copy them to a CD for SVCD play. It endoes the file and then copies it. BUT when I put it in my DVD player the piture and voice are not matching up.

Is there soemthing I can do to fix this??
