Trying to clone a HD.

I currently have a raid 1 setup that I am trying to clone to a different drive. I have used ghost and works flawlessly until I try to boot the new drive. It boots to when the windows xp logo comes on screen then stops. a subsquent boot brings the boot loader screen. I choose safe mode and the boot stops at mup.sys.

I used an barts pe disk and used a clone utility on it and I recieve the same results.

I was trying to save some time from having to reinstall windows. As it is turning out it would have been about even.

Is there something I can do to get this thing to work correctly? Suggestions?

Thanks

Not sure what link you want me to change. The computer is question isn't my computer but one for work. I originally put the raid into this computer for the data protection. Now the powers that be decided that a server is the way to go. making this computer a workstation. I want to use the raid drives in the server now.

Just a note the raid array still boots fine in the computer. I can't get the single drive that I want to run the computer with to work correctly.

I can't figure out why what should be a simple operation is being such a pain in the arse. I even went back and did a defrag to the raid drives hoping that would fix something. Still same result boot stops at mup.sys.
