Trying to choose between two nForce3 MB

I'm trying to choose between these two:

ASUS "K8N" NVIDIA nForce3 [ Link ]
CHAINTECH "VNF3-250" nForce3 250 [ Link ]

This is the memory & processor I will be using:

Memory - Corsair Value Select 512MBx2 [ Link ]
Processor - AMD Athlon 64 3000+ [ Link ]

I'm leaning towards the Asus and would just like to know what you guys think.
