trying to change title of thread, will not let me do it

located here http://forums.anandtech.com/showthread.php?t=2096921 i go to advanced and type in new title and put reason for change but it will not change. never had problems changing it before today

The ability to change a thread title may only be available to the Moderators.

There is an option under Thread Tools that allows editing of a thread.

You thread title now refers to Beta 6

that is weird, i have changed the title in that thread before with each beta that come out.

You're double-clicking on the thread's title on the sub-forum's list of threads, correct?

Hit edit button then when the box opens up hit the "Go Advanced" button.
