trying to buy points on xbox.com

I'm trying to buy some xbox live points on xbox.com, but when it asks for my CC security code it won't let me enter in all 4 digits of my security code... so the card isn't verifying. What's up here?

security code is usually only 3 digits....

My old visa had 3 as well, but this one has 4. I've used it online before and haven't had a problem.

is this a Visa as well? I thought only AMEX had 4 digit security code.

Yes it's a visa as well. No matter... I was able to create a virtual account # and use that with no problems. Actually not 1 minute after I used it Citi called me with reports of suspicious activity of online purchases. Either they don't trust their own virtual account #s or something with the xbox.com site. Either way +10 points for Citi with the fastest fraud response call I've ever heard of.
