Trying to buy Gears of War

The recent ad from Target for Gears of War for only $40 has caused me to make the decision and finally buy the game. However, no retalier from around my area has it in stock. Does anyone know the refresh rate of the stores getting shipments of the game? I have to buy it from Best Buy where I am going to price match it because I got a gift card for Christmas. Any help in getting information on how to get it will be much appreciated.

I've heard Wal Mart gets games on Tuesdays but I don't think it's true from experience
