hi everyone!
im using a large monitor on my ikea jerker that takes up most of the desk space.
i miss having the productivity a second monitor brings, so i want to add a 2nd monitor somewhere to this desk.
i went to ikea and found out the jerker was discontinued so they didn't have shelves for it anymore (they replaced it with a desk called the fredrik, which is a sorry disappointment of a desk)
so im exploring other options, one idea was to use something like this:
http://www.ergotron.com/Portal...roducts/45-180-195.jpg
and attach it to one of the vertical beams, but im not sure how that would work.
the jerker has a 37" westinghouse on it. another top horizontal shelf runs horizontally over the display where my printer sits.
i was also thinking to put the monitor ontop of that shelf and angle it downward as an option; but i think my neck would hurt looking straight up all the time.
any other ideas?
thanks!
