I was using AOL as my ISP. I tried to post at Hot Deal forum but got this:
"You have been forbidden to post/reply or edit a message in these forums."

Then I changed to another ISP (MSN) and I can post. Is AT blocks all the AOL IP?

From the FAQ's:

all of AOL's system is banned from the forums; this includes their IP addresses. This means that even if you sign up with a different E-mail address, you will not be able to post if you connect to the internet using their service.

Yeah; I think this was because scammers were using AOL as their ISP, and when AOL was notified of it, they didn't do a thing about it, whereas some other ISP's would be kind enough to provide information on the person, in order to get him/her behind bars. So they just had to ban AOL's IP range. That's my understanding of the back story there anyway.
