Trustworthy source for Windows 7 Retail?

So I'm going to build a system in a bit here and am ready to go with Windows 7 Pro. I've looked around and Amazon and Newegg have their fixed prices. There are a bunch of postings on Ebay from shady and reputable sellers. Is there a good way of knowing for sure if their auction is good to go? From what I see, a legal version should have:

1) A COA hologram
2) Key
3) Media
4*) Sold by a powerseller

Should I go by this list or is there someplace else I can get for cheaper? I will most likely upgrade down the road so "legally" I would not be able to change over a "system builder Win7" license over to my new box. I don't want any limitations as to the OS as long as it's on 1 machine only.

Newegg or Amazon. There's other places as well but I usually stick with those two, mostly Newegg. If you buy from Amazon make sure it's sold and shipped by Amazon. I would stay away from ebay. Usually the "bargain" priced copies are bullshit.

If you purchase something on eBay using PayPal that is fake or an illegal copy will PayPal refund you?

that depends on if you can prove malcontent on part of the seller, which can take about 3 months from my experiences with paypal. better off just buying something you know is legit

When i sell media on eBay I always state that it is guaranteed legal copy and not pirated. I am not sure if I get a premium price for my sales but I am happy with the sale price when i do sell items.

you could always check the FS/FT forum. I've sold a few copies of win7 there, and tbh most people aren't jerks so long as they have the heatware to back it up.

I am selling a win 7 pro in fs/ft. If you do buy online ask for a receipt from the seller showing you that it is real and not a fake/technet key.

Newegg.

All legitimate dealers will only vary in price by a few dollars. It's the ones that offer steep discounts that you should avoid...
