Assuming that the orange miscarriage that lived is the republican candidate, and prison, the SCOTUS, or his own health doesn't save us... who will he choose as his running mate?

How about Biden takes Nikki as VP. Let’s face it Kamala is boring and has shown zero fire in her belly.
Get most of the 1/3rd of R’s that won’t vote Trump and probably a good chunk of I’s.
Figure out what comes next as in if she gets to cast the tie breaking vote later.

Just because she’s now badmouthing him doesn’t mean she’s a good candidate. She believes in almost all policies as the orange monkey

Fair enough just the VP doesn’t really have a ton of power provided the President stays alive other than an occasional tie breaking vote.
 
Stefanik is still my guess, though he could surprise us with a lesser known talking head. Some Fox or OAN drone with absolute loyalty perhaps. The kind of guy who would help change Trump's loaded diaper when he's in an Adderall hole, with a smile.
