Why not do both at the same time? He can select the rest of his cabinet during the next season. The ratings will be TREMENDOUS.

What could be better than him calling someone into the Oval Office and Live in Primetime saying to some poor schmuck, "You're fired!". Maybe that's why he's selecting all these people to his Cabinet.
