One of the facts in that video is that 5 of the top 10 states in the coronavirus count were won Trump in 2016. That is true if you look at just the number of cases.
If you look at the numbers on a per-capita basis, 9 of the top 10 states are red states.
They are, based on number of cases per 1M population.
1 Louisiana 34,1652 Florida 31,4033 Mississippi 30,8914 Arizona 29,0795 Alabama 28,9116 Georgia 28,1677 South Carolina 26,0508 Tennessee 25,9319 New York 24,70910 Texas 24,460
Texas #10, and Iowa #11 are closing in and will likely push NY out of the top 10 within weeks, long before election day.
4 of the 5 states with the lowest per-capita infection rate are blue states.
Just a word of caution for these stats, as the lack of early testing, especially in NY, likely under counted the number of cases in the first months of the pandemic. It would also reason that other States were impacted by this. Not that this mitigates what your posts says, just something to keep in mind when we use items like this. It is what it is.
