Ugh, no! The 3.2mm/yr gain is a measured value. What is going on in Antarctica is a localized phenomenon, which doesn't changed to averaged measured values of sea level rise. WTF, what convoluted thinking Back on ignore I guess. Logical thinking seems to elude you.
His argument is that the SLR measurement is wrong (he linked to a blog post on the page about that). Now he’s cherry picking a NASA study that showed a declining year over year increase in eastern Antarctica ice accumulations to backup his claim that SLR isn’t happening or isn’t as bad as reported. This is even though Greenland and other Antarctica ice melt overwhelms the small increase in eastern Antarctica.
So he’s also indirectly suggesting the ice melt in Greenland and elsewhere in Antarctica are also wrong.
It’s the standard spoon fed arguement of deniers that the measured warming is caused by natural causes, not humans and the warming isn’t happening because the measurements are wrong because the scientist (97% of them) are in the pocket of the government and in on the conspiracy.
