So just when you think he can't go and do anything more stupid, he goes out and *TOTALLY* redeems himself with this move.

At this point I don't think he's doing anything more than working the crowd and picking up as much attention as he can for some media gig after this circus is over. He said at one point that he'd run for president and make money doing it. At this point that's not a lie and probably the most honest prediction he's made.

Get your popcorn. Next couple months are going to be insane.

Bannon, who runs Brietbart, was named chief executive of Trump's campaign while Kellyanne Conway was named campaign manager, not Bannon. I believe your thread title is slightly incorrect. But in any case, this move just shows how desperate Trump's campaign has become and that Trump was chafing under Manafort's attempts to contain Trump's bombastic style.

I see nothing good from this move.

Quoting the Washington Post article on this: "Moving forward, he plans to focus intensely on rousing his voters at rallies and through media appearances."

"Rousing his voters at rallies"? Yeah, great strategy for winning the general election. But if you're an egomaniac with narcissistic personality disorder, getting those daily fixes of "We love you, Donald" from fire-breathing cretins at rallies just has to be the main priority. A totally unsurprising development.

1st) No more Breibert links about Trump or Hillary

2nd) looks like Manafort was pushed aside but still holding his title.

Good point. I've read a couple articles that floated all over as to Bannon's actual title. At this point what is the effective difference between campaign chief executive and campaign manager?

This is what surprizes me about Trumps organization. Seems to lack any normal business organization. People have titles but nobody has a clear role, seems like they all do what they like to do

It is kind of amusing that someone running on their supposed strengths as a business manager has a campaign that seems totally disorganized and in chaos at all times.

I don't think Trump nor anyone in his campaign staff knows. He's just flailing around his fat, stumpy fingers and small hands, looking for something....anything....to boost his poll numbers.

What I find interesting is Trump's taken in over $80M in donations but has spent almost nothing of it. Wonder why?

Ooh I know that name. This is the guy who put out the fawning Palin documentary The Undefeated by writing, directing and financing it himself. I guess he found himself a new completely unsuitable presidential candidate to back.

No different than his actual lifetime of being a disastrous, and at best middling, businessman.

This is an epic meltdown. The GOP should be ashamed.

Most of my Republican friends and family are voting for Johnson. Because, as one said, "He's the only Republican in the race."

No, you must have your truthisms wrong. I've read on an internet forum that the Trump conglomerate is more successful than Apple.

"The Undefeated" - could there possibly be a less fitting name for a documentary about Caribou Barbie?
