So 43% in one poll, 51% in another. Not bad given the partisanship in this country.
And when he's at 30%, you will also say, not bad given the partisanship. Look, nice spin, I know you are trying your best. But really, you should focus on the issues, not poll numbers. Tell us how it will trickle down any time now.

About 43% as an average. That’s pretty bad. No president in history has won re-election at 43% approval. Worse, Trump’s approval seems pretty fixed as there are few people who feel lukewarm one way or the other. It’s mostly strong approval vs. strong disapproval, with significantly more ‘strong disapprove’.

Any normal president would be above 50% right now considering the current strength of the economy. Trump’s incompetence, bad behavior, and corruption drag him down.

If you're not having the life you want and live in America, the problem is you, not that enough isn't trickling down. Don't be a bottom feeder.

It merely confirms what PT Barnum said, that there's a sucker born every minute, probably more often given the greater population. Trumpsters are chumpsters, victims of the greatest con artist this country ever produced.

Yeh, I'm the one who posted a long ago debunked trope about Russian feminists. I'm the one who can't read past the headline about reshoring jobs.

You'd have a sex change operation if it meant you could have Trump's babies.

So now it's not going to trickle down because the suckers who believed it will are the problem? You'd love to be a "bottom feeder" like me, but it seems like you lack the intelligence to make yourself a productive member of society.

Jobs coming back kills you, doesn't it?

Depends... Would you like fries with that?

What good is a "job", if you're still on food stamps and have to choose which bills to pay?

Just corporations double dipping in the welfare pool, nothing to see here.

Nay honestly I think both were horrible candidates. Hillary did give me that vibe that would would be corrupt as hell though, just like Trump, but she's smarter and would get away with lot of stuff. Trump is more under the microscope all the time so it's a bit harder for him to get away with a lot. That said it's really hard to tell for sure but things probably would be better off if she had won, but would still not be perfect. At least there would not be concentration camps for kids, or who knows how many trillions being spent on that wall, and other crazy stuff like that.

Trump did kill the TPP though, so that is a good thing for not only America but for us and the other countries involved as well. Don't know if this Nafta thing is any better though... we shouldn't have caved. But that's another story.

The thing I do agree with Trump with is how he wants to bring back more jobs and is more "America first". Every leader of a country should put their country first. Obviously lot of the stuff he did is bad for us, like the steel tarrifs but I can see why he did it. We should do the same with oil products and build our own refineries. We need to encourage people to buy and manufacture locally.

And Hitler built up the infrastructure and got the economy going. Trump is no different he is an evil crook a liar and a cheat. He cares only for himself, he has no empathy. Nothing he could do would win my praise.

Trump just got it done again today, despite the obstructionist Dems.

In a perfect world. the Rapist In Chief, would visit your home to thank your daughter for her support... Personally and intimately..

The only consolation, is that Sue Collins (whom I used to like) and a lot of others, will be getting fired in a few more weeks.
