We have no evidence of anything concrete. Further, if these filings are true and did go to the irs, it has likely been dealt with.

We have an open admission by the Trump Foundation. Their actions were illegal, basically tax evasion. No problemo by you, right?

Readily apparent from what the foundation stated on the most recent forms-

On page five of the Donald J. Trump foundation's 2015 tax filing, the preparers checked the "yes" box to the question about whether the New York-based nonprofit organization had transferred "any income or assets to a disqualified person (or make any of either available for the benefit or use of a disqualified person."

The preparers checked yes again in another box that asked if the foundation had transferred money to disqualified people in previous years. Trump signed past filings under penalty of perjury, and the forms for several earlier years indicated the foundation had not transferred money to a disqualified person.

It would be wishful thinking on my part to think that we might see an actual criminal indictment prior to the EC vote. Or not.

You know that's bullshit. Just stop it.

The Clinton Foundation appears to be awash in overhead, while the Trump Foundation is so starved for managerial support that its board appears to desperately need a lesson in what nonprofit sustainability and capacity building are all about. Both perceptions may be deceptive due to how the foundations are managed. The Trump Foundation appears to receive services through the Trump Organization, Donald Trump’s multibillion-dollar for-profit corporation. The Clinton Foundation, on the other hand, has an unusual approach to service delivery.

The Clinton Foundation’s primary program service expense is for conferences, conventions, and meetings—items that would be considered overhead for most nonprofits but which are central to the Clinton Foundation’s mission to bring world leaders together to address global needs and secure multiorganizational commitments to meet those needs. Regardless of the value of these conferences, it doesn’t help public perception of charity that these charitable programs and services are delivered in the world’s most luxurious locations with the international intellectual, business, and political elite in attendance.
I have scant faith that there exists anyone who can explain to you the import of the above. Perhaps someplace with a safe space, adult coloring books, and bad touch dolls. However, for most of us, we understand that when a charity's "primary program service expense" is for "conferences, conventions, and meetings" "delivered in the world’s most luxurious locations with the international intellectual, business, and political elite in attendance", that means sending millionaires to five star resorts for conferences with other millionaires on the need to treat AIDS, build houses and infrastructure in Haiti, drill wells for clean drinking water, etc. Again, that is their PRIMARY PROGRAM SERVICE EXPENSE.

If you want people in India to have access to clean drinking water, donate money to Rotary International or one of the other charities actually drilling wells in India. If you want millionaires to tell other millionaires that somebody ought to be drilling wells in India as they sip expense accounted champagne in luxurious resorts, donate to the Clinton Family Foundation, or whatever they are calling it this month.

Bullshit. What you describe are administrative expenses. An overview of CF expenditures-
