lol I bet insurers are gonna love that one. hahaha. You don't have to get insurance until you are sick and they can't turn you down. Holy hand grenades!

I'm guessing there would be open-enrollment periods to mitigate some of the moral hazard but you're correct that it doesn't eliminate it completely. Tradeoffs like this are why the healthcare debate is so difficult.
