He said he didn't make because he was busy with calls.
Calls? WTF?

"“I should have done that,” Trump told “Fox News Sunday” anchor Chris Wallace. “I was extremely busy on calls for the country; we did a lot of calling as you know.” "
https://www.yahoo.com/news/trump-explains-veterans-day-snub-extremely-busy-calls-213733281.html

Lazy, good-for-nothing, sack of crap.

"I made a speech at the American Cemetery the day before and I probably, you know, in retrospect I should have and I did last year and I will virtually every year,” "
"In fact, Trump did not attend last year’s ceremony at Arlington, either. Traveling in Asia, Trump sent Vice President Mike Pence in his place. Pence did not attend this year’s observance at Arlington, "
LIAR, he didn't go last year.

He doesn't give a shit about veterans and never has. His actions speak volumes.
Busy with effing calls. Riiigggghhhhtttttt!

On the one hand, I despise that cock sucker for spending one third of his time on the golf course.

On the other hand, every day he's in office he makes America shit again.

I'm sure our resident very fine people will be along any minute now to condemn his disrespect for the military.

Republican veterans don't mind at all because they believe what Trump says.

They have to.

Considering the never ending horrors of Donald Trump,
and as bad as Donald is, it's amazing how republicans held onto the senate AND people like Steve King (IA) were reelected AND those in Florida as well as that governors race in Georgia turned sour.
I mean, you'd think the democrats would have won everything.
But they didn't.....
So many of these races were decided by less than 20,000 votes out of millions cast.
Obviously, and despite the horrors of Donald Trump, the country is nearly evenly split 50/50.
Those that decide the outcome amount to a mere handful.

This tells me that Donald Trump could easily win in 2020. That while democrats have taken the house, the house could switch back in 2020.
And any hope of the republican establishment coming to their senses and holding Trump accountable is something I wouldn't bet on happening....

I doubt anything Donald Trump does in the future will change any Trump supporters mind. And I doubt democrats whining will make much of a difference either.

So as was the US congress once labeled stalemated by getting nothing done, the entire country is stalemated as well.
We're 50/50 split. Amazing, but true.
Now that the senate is in republican hands, and the house in democrat hands, the stalemate will only worsen.
Now, the two sides can refuse to do anything, as was typical in the past, refusing to agree on anything and with Donald Trump only tweeting insults from his frustration.

Face it. Mueller isn't going to come to the rescue. Nor will republicans see the light and have a change of heart. Hillary isn't going to run again, ever. Bernie Sanders will not run.
Yes, the country is in a pickle. No knight in shining armor, no superior alien wisdom coming from far away, no biblical intervention, nada.
Trump is going to be around for many more years to come, and the name of the game will become stalemate city.
Stalemate is about the best we can hope for, frankly....

It's a sad day in America when a Black, Kenyan, Muslim proved to be far more Patriotic than a bloated, fat, White, Conservative, Piece of Shit...

If only being a Patriot was something the right claimed to care about... Odd that they hold others to different standards...

Hey, Republican Vets LOVE the President wiping his ass with their service to the country. Especially those whining in the Colin Kaepernick thread about his disrespecting the troops by kneeling.

lol. The little rich boy that got out of Nam, thanks to Daddy, just told them what they’re worth to him.

I'd say part of that 50/50 split is an illusion. Gerrymandering, suppression, etc makes it appear as if there's a chance for Republicans.

Just heard that cheeto has not visited ANY military in combat zones and he is 666 days into his term. All the previous Presidents had visited at least twice within 450 days in office. Hell, even Pence has visited.

I guess there are many calls to do.....

So, Trump felt that his masculinity was under attack through allegations of him not being able to stand a bit of rain, so he came up with an even more lame excuse?
