Georgia anti-mask laws were made in the '40s or something to fight the KKK.
Funny, I went to tech school in Atlanta, and a guy I knew almost got arrested because he was wearing a gorilla mask on the strip (several blocks on uptown Peachtree St.) The cop sited the law about masks. Yea, it was enacted because of the KKK wearing hoods.

Saw some video yesterday of a couple of young black guys wearing medical masks were being escorted from what appeared to be a drug store by a policeman. He didn't like that they were wearing masks.

There has to be more to the story. No way the cop hasn't noticed that everyone is wearing masks now.

I disagree, the risk is minimal provided there is distance. The mask accomplishes little and it is a major distraction plus lets not get the already panicked people more panicked.
If I were President I wouldn't be wearing a mask at events.

We're way past that. The risk is not nearly as minimal as we thought. Official guidelines have changed. Masks are needed. The CDC, Surgeon General, and even Trump are all telling us to wear masks. We DO want people to follow suit.

Do you see people on public news wearing masks (in studio)?
If two people are sitting next to each other in a studio then we absolutely should expect them to be wearing mask.

It happened last month when masks were not as common as they are now but still plenty of people were wearing them. The 2 men were wearing surgical masks and were followed into a Walmart by a cop who said they couldn't wear masks in the store. He then followed them out the store, repeatedly putting his hand on his holstered service weapon, when one of the men refused to lower his mask and they were ordered to leave.

In the video one of the men explains his belief that there were both state and presidential orders to wear masks. The men are black. Race was not mentioned in the video but I'd say the implication is definitely there.
