His excuse for it, right after posting a picture of him finishing a round of golf, was quite pathetically transparent.

Have the yankees ever confirmed he was even invited? Or is this just more Trump bullshit from the start?

He knows it’d be a repeat of the umbrella scene. Start throwing the ball in slow motion, give up halfway due to exhaustion and low T, ball lands on the ground halfway to the plate

Jesus. That! Wow, I'd forgotten. That clip always reminds me of a dog who can't get its new favorite stick through the narrow posts of a gate; all it has to do is turn its head a bit and the stick will go through. But it doesn't understand that so after trying again and again it has to abandon its stick...like with an umbrella, ineffectually rolling around in the breeze at the top of an airstair.

The coward can't run the risk of getting his feels hurt again, odds are that loser gets booed worse than the last time it happened (at a non-screened event). He only wants rallies, too fragile for the real thing.

While he played baseball as a teen and was reportedly good, those days are over. His nervous and circulatory systems are clogged with decades of spray tan residue and fast food grease, look how he navigated a harrowing ramp with a 2 degree declination the other week. It's always a low oxygen environment for Il Douche.

His handlers know the boo fest would only be exponentially more embarrassing if followed by a pitch that makes Dr. Fauci look like a fired up Randy Johnson by comparison.

There would be 52 players, plus managers, umps, stadium staff, camera men, and many others present to boo him. He can't chance it, and the best part is that he knows it.
