Jones isn't in trouble because what he actually did was go nutty with a wild west metaphor but prefaced it with "politically". If he had not done that then he would have been in trouble. He was just full on stupid.

The name, Alex Jones, gives me deep belly laughs. He and Glenn Beck, are probably the most insane newsers out there. lol
If Alex is an advisor to Trump, it's pretty stupid on Trump's part. I wouldn't let Alex advise my mother on how to take a garbage can out to the street.

Actually makes perfect sense for AJ as his adviser. Both are very similar in outlook and temperament, so probably resonate well with one another.

he does get advice from Alex Jones but he is not a "Trump Advisor".
Having said that, I'm sure most of his staff would love to murder anyone that gets in Donnies way.

Glenn Beck was not on the Trump train.

I thought Glenn Beck saw the light and apologized for all the damage he did. Or was that a troll? Or did he relapse immediately after? I haven't heard anything about him since then.

Selling hate and fear is a hell of a way to make a living. Every once in awhile I feel a teensy bit of pity for Hannity, Jones, Limbaugh and their copycats. That there are millions of folks who are addicted to this kind of conditioning, that they crave it lest they have to face a reality square in the face that refutes their emotional needs is also sad.

Just like Hannity? We do know Trump would more likely take advice from them and not his official staff.

"Pedophile Robert Mueller"..wtf.. These alt-right guys seem to have an bizarre fascination with pedophilia.

Shouldn't he get a visit from the FBI for threatening to kill a Federal Prosecutor?

That's because Trump isn't trying to run the Country- he's just trying to run his scam. It's what all con artists do. So he consults with other scammers. The staff? He treats 'em like mushrooms- keeps 'em in the dark & feeds 'em bullshit.

That’s about right. People still going off the deep end as if he’s still relevant or partially to blame for Trump though.

He's much more of a Trump adviser than Maxine Waters is "the leader of the Democrats," as Hair Fuhrer would wish us to believe.

Glenn Beck was not on the Trump train.

He is now.

"After railing against President Donald Trump throughout his campaign and the beginning of his presidency as a staunch "Never Trumper," Beck announced his change of heart about Trump in May by donning a red "Make America Great Again" hat and promising, "I'll vote for Trump," during the president's 2020 re-election bid. Beck said he came to his decision after hearing reports on Trump's description of immigrants as animals in a televised cabinet meeting and that Trump was just calling "MS-13 gang members — they left that out of the story — animals and they were spinning it as if he was saying that about all immigrants."

How is he not partially to blame for Trump? Any GOP nutter over the last 3 or 4 decades that has been actively gaslighting the idiot base that supports them, from Goldwater to Reagan to Limbaugh to Beck to Hannity, are all fucking responsible for Trump.

It's funny that you're trying to excuse away Trump's well-known association with Jones, but if a comment like this had come from any random liberal on the street you'd be ranting about "the violent left," etc.

It's not like people got crazy enough to vote for Trump all of a sudden. You know, like right out of the blue. They've been systematically & expertly crazified a little more all the time by GOP propagandists.

STFU. Goldwater isn't responsible for trump. Goldwater warned about pandering to the religious right and was worried they would get too much power. He wouldn't have supported trump.

Except Limbaugh actually has a brain. Jones is more entertainment and will occasionally find a needle in a haystack. Occasionally. Hannity is just reading from a script. Tucker is the one with the brain who you should fear.

There's nothing wrong with Jones, he's an entertainer.
