Good thing they caught Trump on record ordering his followers to violently storm the US Capitol instead of supporting Capitol Police and stay peaceful. Stupid orange man gonna go to jail for sure now lmao!

They caught him saying exactly these things.

You know that, right?

Seems like a longshot to me. The guy walked away from the event unharmed, then died the next day of natural causes. They're going to need a jury that really hates Trump.

The fact that you mentioned jail in a thread about a civil lawsuit says you probably didn’t read the thread.

He died of a stroke a day after he'd been pepper sprayed, an uncommon but wholly possible side effect of it.

Hmmm I think you are wrong (again)

The USCP accepts the findings from the District of Columbia's Office of the Chief Medical Examiner that Officer Brian Sicknick died of natural causes. This does not change the fact Officer Sicknick died in the line of duty, courageously defending Congress and the Capitol.

It says he died of natural causes, just like I did.
Someone is going to have to convince a jury that the January 6th event triggered a stroke the next day, then prove that Trump incited the riot. That's a big hill to climb.

"Natural causes" can still be brought on by external events/actions. And it's a civil case, burden is much lower than in criminal. I suspect a combination of most recent medical exams/tests coupled with the video footage from 1-6 will likely be enough to persuade a typical jury.

In my opinion Greenman will not respond well or be the first to jump on or join a rush to condemn clear and present bias against someone without clear proof of guilt as established by being found guilty by a jury in a trial if he sees that as his opinion of what is happening. Why would we want to give a pass to rash judgmentalism while condemning countervailing judgmental hesitancy. I would think that the best solution to a form of extremism you don't like would be to have less of it's opposite as each extreme augments the other.
