Wow!! Only 30% now believe he hires the best people.. only 35% think the country is on the right track.

Must be fake news or maybe.. just maybe in this economy, the 4% unemployment thing is pretty misleading when a lot of people are working multiple jobs since employers are not giving wages enough to afford food and housing.

These sorts of stats would only carry weight with me if they only polled people who voted in the last election.

My mind boggles that voter turnout could be so low in such divisive elections, but the last group of people I want to hear from are the ones who disapprove of the current (and entirely predictable) state of affairs when they didn't bother to vote in the first place; partly because that group of people (if they were a significant amount of people) can give a misleading impression that Trump's going to get kicked to the curb by the electorate if he somehow makes it through to the next election when actually they'd prefer to sit back and complain rather than do their (how I see it) democratic duty.

Republicans: "all welfare recipients are lazy people!"

Also Republicans: "we'll deprive you of good wages, working conditions and education opportunities, so the jobs you do qualify for can sometimes make welfare seem reasonable."
