I lost my keys last night. It was a nasty night too, pretty much raining non stop. Anyways, I found them this morning and they were in the grass soaked.

I didn't expect my Honda Civic keyless entry remote to still be working, because it was completely under water... But it is. Thank you Honda 😀
 
low current device with mostly sealed ICs, it probably wasn't going to die.

you should let it dry out tho, moisture inside might cause corrosion.
 
That's it! I'm going out first thing in the morning to trade the Vette in on a Civic. I gotta get me some of those keys!
