Truepower Trio 650 - Fan Speed?

Hello,

I'd like to know what the typical fan speed is for the Trio 650. I just got mine and the typical speed is 680 to 700 rpm. My ASUS PC Probe Software is saying it's too low.

Does this PSU just run slower?

That's about right. You'll need to draw more than 200 watts to achieve a faster rpm. Don't use the molex fan plug for fan speed control. This can overload the circuit and damage the PSU.
