Grrrr.

WHAT is up with Knott's Berry Farm personnel dept?
They are "trying" a psych test for their entertainment employees (& maybe others) as a 3 month 'experiment' to see if it "works".
IOW, those who auditioned, passed and got 'hired', still had to take a psych test as a final determiner of whether or not they stay hired.
Questions like: "True or False: If I was in a fist fight, I would win."

They were supposed to tell the conditionially hired people if they passed once the test was scored. They neglected to tell *anyone* (how professional is that?! Everybody left hanging). Everybody failed. Must've all been KILLERS!!!!!

So what's the deal?
Has Knott's been sold a complete BS program that doesn't work, and nobody in a position of authority there has the balls to say: "Hey, this is BS--every single person taking the test failed. The test is bogus." Or,

Is this some cowerdly excuse to dump an entire cast b/c they aren't going to do the show as planned?

OK, I'm done ranting.

What position were you applying for?

<-- Knott's Scary Farm talent 1999/2000

The thing with those tests is that you have to answer how THEY WANT YOU TO ANSWER.

If you answer everything according to how you see things or want them to be done or think they should be answered, you fail. It's like that with EVERY employment psych test.

If you display too much aggressive/antisocial tendencies or display a lapse in judgment then they disqualify you.

Obviously, perhaps you MAY defend yourself and win in a fistfight, but you have to avoid it in the first place.

Then the question is faulty, as it clearly states you are already in one, and therefor the running away part failed.

That said, I'd kick rather than use my fists.

Thanks :) I was just looking for some deeper meaning. It took me a while to figure out what killing kittens was :)

I am still trying to figure out what it means when someone gets bitchslapped by a trout.
