Seeing it next week.
benjamin button was terrible
friday night lights was terrible
Saw it last week (prerelease). Liked it; both Jeff Bridges and Matt Damon did a great job with the dialogue, and the little girl was excellent. Enjoyable movie worth seeing.
I can't believe the 14-year-old girl was played by a 13-year old actress. Though the fast / witty responses are not very believable for a 14-year-old, it was apparently done that way in the book.
While Kim Darby played the part well in the earlier adaptation, I thought she looked too old for the part.I can't believe the 14-year-old girl was played by a 13-year old actress. Though the fast / witty responses are not very believable for a 14-year-old, it was apparently done that way in the book.
I couldn't believe she was that young when I saw her pic
btw the movie is getting very good reviews.
Maybe he's the best cowboy when the character is made for him, but is he the best Rooster Cogburn? I think not.I saw this last week and was not impressed. Granted I saw the original with John Wayne the prior and was obviously mentally comparing the two movies. Nothing can compare with the Duke. His antics, mannerisms and speech made him who he is. The best cowboy bar none.
It's not a very believable premise and the dialog is just like the book. I can't fault the girl, though. I was impressed. The 14 year old actress was not believable,
Lies. He was the most believable character (except for his shooting ability).Rooster was not believale
Rex? Is that you?and overall, the movie sucked. Don't waste your money.
Seriously, who cares what that old queen thinks.Except for Rex Reed, who apparently hates all things Coen brother.
