What you are asking is not legal.
TweakNT page removed as it is in violation of MSFN's policy on cracking tools.
It is against windos TOS to convert server software into worstation OS.

Why someone would want to install Windows 2003 Server to play games is beyond me.

First off, I run 2003 Server on my gaming system, and I love it, absolutely stable, and will run/install any game I have ever purchased. EXCEPT True Crime: Streets of LA.

What I had to do was install the game on my Windows 2000 box, and then copy/paste the entire game folder onto my Windows 2003 box. Game plays fine. So if you have a networked 2000/xp box, you'll be fine, just do what I did.

Although I will say, I hated this game, and don't ever play it. GTA3 and VC spoiled me, I guess.
