Trucks that have an extended cab AND a long box?

When I get a truck, I feel that you have to get a long box. That way you can haul anything around 🙂 However, being the car audio nut that I am, I want to get an extended cab to put in some back speakers and a huge sub setup.

Are there any trucks that have an extended cab and a long box? Or will I just have to settle for a long box only and make due with limited space for car audio inside? I'm not looking at buying anything for a while, but I'm curious to know if anyone even makes a truck like what I want.

I know you can get the previous model F150's in that config. Nissan also has the crew cab fronteir's with a long box.

I'm sure GM has a full size with that setup too.

Yep. And if you really want big, you can even go with a crew and an 8' box from (I think) both Ford and Chev.. but I believe you'll need a 250/2500+.

You'll also need something about the size of the astrodome for a garage.

I really hate how bulky trucks look now. I loved my Mazda B2200 long box.

Btw, I'm not looking for one of the trucks that has 3/4 doors so that people can sit in the back. I just want an extended cab that would be big enough that you could stick your toolbox behind it. I hate the crew cab trucks.

I assume you don't want a full size truck then?

negative. He says the reason he wants the extended cab is for his woofers.

You can get it but you will need to get the longer frame which is going to cost you more money. I have an F150 extended cab with a 6foot bed, you want longer than that?

The Dodge Quad Cab is not a true crew cab, and even the regular cab version has enough room behind the seats to place a couple of 5 gallon buckets on the floor, so maybe that's enough room right there.

Yes I want the 8 foot bed. I can't find a truck with an 8' bed and the 1-2' extra cab.

I love the Tacoma with the extra cab, but it doesn't have the full box. It looks stupid without a long box.
