Truck topper recommendations?

I'm looking for a truck topper for my work truck (Silverado 2500HD, standard bed, extended cab).

Need:
rear door(s) - not picky about lift vs side opening
side doors
36" minimum bed to roof interior height for full length of bed
locking doors (real locks that actually lock)
roof rack not necessary
will be used off road so must be able to withstand branches and not bounce off truck

Any brands to look at or shy away from?
