Truck got owned by bridge

So I get off the train at Metuchen, NJ and the first thing i saw was this big ass truck (atleast 18 wheels) go half way under a bridge with a 11'2" clearance. The trailer was bent/warped and some of its roof as well as the cabs top was ripped off. The crazy thing is this is the second time that I saw this happen in the last five weeks. Too bad I didnt have my camera with me 🙁 The truck driver was fine and no one got hurt. Wonder if the driver gets fined?
