Just breaking minutes ago. A truck supposedly drove into a crowd of people in France. Not even on CNN yet. It could just be an accident.

France’s national holiday turned ugly for revelers Thursday night in the southern city of Nice, as a truck reportedly crashed into a crowd of Bastille Day revelers...

Unless the truck then blew up or gunmen spilled out of it I'd be more inclined to believe elderly driver over anything nefarious.

Number I'm seeing on TV now is 30 dead. Others report dozens/tens.

Family friends are over there on vacation right now. They were on a balcony somewhere when it happened. We got a txt that said "those were not fireworks." :'(

Definitely not an accident.

My guess is this is part of the ISIS switch to international terror we heard about, or maybe a disgruntled Algerian just snapped, and we'll hear half-hearted vows of solidarity with ISIS later.

i'm planning on going to france next month, to paris and we were maybe going to nice. guess since those 2 cities already had somewhat recent attacks things will be on high alert.

One of the vids showed a young girl covered in a blanket with her doll lying next to her, damm this shit is so fucking depressing.
